Evolve Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric private practice serving children in the counties of Frederick, Maryland and Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia and the surrounding areas. Evolve was created out of a need and passion for providing speech therapy services for children of all abilities. We offer Speech therapy and feeding therapy to children of all ages from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth services are also available for all West Virginia and Maryland State residents.

Rachel Mauck, M.A. CCC-SLP, earned her B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University and her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati, where she also worked as a school-based SLP Assistant. Since 2015, Rachel has provided pediatric speech-language therapy to children ages one to eighteen in private practice, teletherapy, schools, and early intervention/Birth to Three settings. She specializes in phonological disorders and early language development, with advanced training in childhood apraxia of speech and language disorders. She is ASHA-certified and licensed in West Virginia and Maryland.
Ashley Carney, M.S. CCC-SLP received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in 2004 and her Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from West Virginia University in 2006. She worked in the public-school setting for 18 years as lead speech-language pathologist for her district, while servicing a variety of children's needs. Ashley has pursued additional training in the area of Assistive Technology. She enjoys working alongside children and their families to improve communication skills and create therapy programs for each individual client's needs. Ashley is nationally certified through the American Speech and Hearing Association, and holds additional licensees in the state of West Virginia.
